The Edgewater Grille. North Central
Indiana's mecca for USDA Prime Dry Aged "Cut To Order" Steaks, Fish
and Seafood fresh from the boats, and the beer that made Lake
Maxinkuckee famous…Maxinkuckee Mist.
The Edgewater features a great view of
beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee and offers patrons an eclectic and "kitchy"
interior which provides a feast for the eyes while guests feast on
an incredible selection of fabulous foods and beverages.
The Bar features high back booths with
individual televisions, lake memorabilia, a 50's vintage
speedboat, an old ash and canvas canoe, and the best selection of
spirits, beers (14 beers on tap), and wines in the area - featuring
small batch bourbons, single source vodkas, cognacs and ports.
The Dining Room features a soaring
ceiling which houses a spectacular 20' C-Scow sailboat, rigged and
ready to embark on Lake Max. The walls feature funky original
surfboard art, a 30 foot mural of early Lake Maxinkuckee, and
super-sized advertising art that ranges from the bizarre to the
nostalgic.
Crisp white tablecloths and bistro-style
parchment paper add a dressed-up quality to this dressed-down room,
making it the perfect spot for a casual luncheon or an upscale
dinner.
The Edgewater offers the complete menu
continuously from opening to closing, so Rack of Lamb at lunchtime
isn't out of the question. Enjoy sushi, fresh gulf grouper, five
varieties of skewered shrimp, dozens of pastas, entrée salads, thin
crust pizzas, stir-frys, hoagies, sandwiches, appetizers, baby back
ribs, and much, much more including a great fresh fish line and the
chef's daily specials. The Edgewater Grille.
